• los york's '69 Vol. 3 (10", £10.75)

    label: Electro Harmonix

Thanks to the overwhelming applause generated by the York's' anthology "El Viaje" on Madrid label Munster, Electro Harmonix now release the "forgotten" Yorks album. In 1969, at the height of their popularity, Los Yorks left their record label MAG and signed (for an astronomical amount) to El Virrey. Then Jaime Guerrero, owner of MAG, released this exploitation record. Comedian and singer Pablo "Melconchita" Villanueva is hired as vocalist to sing over some music tracks The Yorks had left behind at the Mag Studios. A very, very rare album!
