• deacon birch / emerald eye Split (7", £3.75)

    label: Midmarch

deacon birch plays hardcore rock'n'roll with an electronic cherry on top. the band formed in 2004 with a longing to pick up where botch left off, playing music both noisy and mathematically challenging, equal parts metalcore technicality, punk rock recklessness and electronic hip-swaying! emerald eye are a noisy, experimental/progressive metal band consisting of bass, drums and vocals, with overdrive and distortion galore. the guitar player in their previous band, lady kerith, left, and the emerald eye sound was born. technical, brutal and an interesting experience!
