Cranium Pie's Baking Research Station (the underground offshoot of Cranium Pie, whose 2011 LP Mechanisms Part 1 was Classic Rock's Geoff Barton's "bonkers prog album of the year"), take on 'A Visit to Newport Hospital', originally by Egg, and back it with a new version of 'Queen St. Gang', originally by Keith Mansfield but best-known (if that's the right phrase) from Arzachel's only album.
