    Earth And Fire was formed by Dutch brothers Chris and Gerard Koerts on guitar and keys respectively. The first classic line-up featured vocalist Manuela Berloth, who was later replaced by Jerney Kaagman with her recognizable voice, and included bass player Hans Ziech and drummer Ton van der Kleij. “Ruby Is The One”, “Wild And Exciting”, “Storm And Thunder” and “Maybe Tomorrow, Maybe Tonight” and “Memories“ were impressive and successful singles and cracked the Dutch Top 10. Following their philosophical lyrical albums they scored the biggest hit of their career with “Weekend” which not only scored big in the Netherlands but had similar results in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and other European countries. Next to the hits, there are a plethora of B side singles “Song Of The Marching Children”, “Theme From Atlantis”, the seven part “Excerpts From To The World Of The Future” and many more to be found on the double vinyl album.
